Staff Software Development Engineer

• Deliver integrated platform capabilities from building data and database solutions, connected to a front end for self-service consumption
• Measure consumption of platform capabilities across teams and build empirical models for prioritization and delivery
• Build capabilities to better understand our data and eliminate bad data behaviors to support larger efforts like data center modernization and consolidation
• Integrate tools and emerging technologies into pipelines and our delivery ecosystem to build better data behaviors
• Improve data transparency across platform engineering capabilities

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 7+ years of experience in database and data related technologies
• 5+ years of experience with software engineer related technologies, in both front end and back end technologies
• 5+ years of experience of proven experience data analytics

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Demonstrable experience with AI tooling and concepts
• Good knowledge within CI/CD and data pipelines
• Data story telling
• Understanding of correct engineering data behaviors

The typical pay range for this role is:$106,605.00 - $213,210.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
