Staff Software Development Engineer

Engineering technical leader who has demonstrated solid problem-solving skills and has led a team of developers. The position will require collaboration with Business Analysts, QA Leads, and off-shore resources.
Required Qualifications
The person should have at least twelve years of experience with five years performing as a Technical Lead. The person muse be proficient in ACE, DB2, and NSQL DB. He or she should be able to work with business resources to understand requirements. He or she must be able to find use cases within the application to leverage AI.

Preferred Qualifications
The person should have at least fifteen years of experience with at least seven years performing as a Technical Lead. The person must be able to lead and mentor junior developers . He or she must be able to find use cases within the application to leverage AI; so familiarity with usage of AI software is a requirement. ACE, DB2, Java, Springboot Microservices, NSQL (MongoDB) are a 'must have'. The person must be able to function in the role of a Business Analyst when required - working with the business resources defining requirements and analyzing production issues. Three or more years in a Healthcare application is a big plus.Education
Bachelors degree in engineering, preferably in Computer Science.Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:$118,450.00 - $236,900.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
