We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of professional experience in Salesforce development and administration, with expertise in implementing, configuring, and integrating Salesforce solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce technologies, including Apex, Lightning Web Components, Aura components, and integrations with external systems. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to design and deliver scalable solutions that meet organizational needs.Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWCs), Aura components, and Visualforce pages.
  • Implement enterprise-level integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and Apex Continuation for seamless data exchange between Salesforce and external systems.
  • Manage Salesforce administrative tasks, including creating roles, profiles, permission sets, workflows, approval processes, and email alerts.
  • Migrate large volumes of external data into Salesforce using Apex Data Loader and ensure data integrity through reports and dashboards.
  • Lead the migration of applications from Salesforce Classic to Lightning Experience, including building Lightning Flexi Pages and using the Lightning App Builder.
  • Develop and maintain custom applications using Vlocity Omniscript, Data Bundles, and DataRaptor for industry-specific solutions.
  • Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and document technical specifications.
  • Conduct peer reviews, code reviews, and sprint-level quality checks to ensure high standards of development.
  • Manage sandbox environments, quarterly releases, and deployment processes using tools like AutoRABIT and Copado.
  • Provide training sessions to business users on Salesforce functionalities and best practices.
  • Monitor and optimize Salesforce performance, ensuring scalability and reliability.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Salesforce certifications, including but not limited to:
    • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II
    • Salesforce Certified JavaScript Developer I
    • Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant
    • Salesforce Certified Administrator
    • Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder
  • Proficiency in Apex, JavaScript, SOQL, SOSL, and web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JSON.
  • Experience with Salesforce tools like Developer Console, Workbench, and Chrome Developer Tools.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile methodology and SDLC processes.
  • Expertise in integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and tools like Postman and SoapUI.
  • Familiarity with Data Cloud concepts, including data streaming, ingestion, mapping, and segmentation.
  • Experience in healthcare, pharmacy, and insurance domains is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
  • Knowledge of Agentforce concepts such as GenAI, NLPs, LLMs, and Prompt Builder.
  • Experience with Vlocity bundles and Omni-Channel configuration.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.

The typical pay range for this role is:$92,700.00 - $185,400.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.Our people fuel our future.
