We are seeking a Senior Development Engineer / Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will work closely with key stakeholders and contribute across all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle-from requirements gathering and design to development, testing, and deployment.
You will help shape our future technical strategy, mentor junior developers, and ensure successful project delivery through direct customer engagement. This is a hands-on role that requires strong technical and functional expertise, as well as excellent collaboration and communication skills.Key Responsibilities
- Lead and contribute to the design, development, and deployment of .NET-based business applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, architects, QA, and project managers.
- Conduct impact analysis and deliver efficient, scalable solutions.
- Ensure high-quality code deliverables and lead validation across all testing types.
- Support implementation, transition, and warranty phases of the project lifecycle.
- Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of continuous learning and collaboration.
- Engage directly with customers to ensure successful delivery and satisfaction.
- Proven experience in full stack development, preferably within .NET environments.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies and lifecycle.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Experience working with Tier 1 business systems is a plus.
- Ability to identify and mitigate risks prior to production deployment.
- 10+ years of professional IT experience
- 8+ years of .NET experience, including ASP.NET, MVC, Webforms, and C# or VB.NET
- 8+ years software development and requirement analysis, design experience
- 5+ years of development experience for projects delivered via Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies
- 3+ years of .NET Core including Web API, Entity Framework, DI
- 3+ years of API design patterns (REST - XML, JSON) is required.
- 3+ years of JavaScript Frameworks such as Angular, React
- Solid experience with Visual Studio, .NET, and PL/SQL development is required.

The typical pay range for this role is:$101,970.00 - $203,940.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.Our people fuel our future.
