This Resource is responsible for technical management of the Medicare and Grievance ecosystem performance and application troubleshooting. Your work will focus on technical management, capacity analysis, infrastructure planning and metrics reporting for ITGS Medicare Part B, D and Grievance business applications and infrastructure components.

Key Duties
- Maintaining and supporting applications critical to the operations of CVS Health in Medicare Prior Authorization (PA), Carrier Determination & Appeals (CD&A) IT Support Team and Client Grievances (GRV)
- To design, develop, and implement solutions and systems by applying advanced technical expertise to architect and code software applications, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the overall technical direction and innovation of digital engineering projects
- Developing and implementing RPA (Robotic Process Automation) solutions using platforms such as UiPath.
- Monitoring, problem solving, and upkeep of CVS Health CD&A systems
- On-call support 24x7 as needed
- Developing and implementing technical solutions such as health checks and critical alerts in support of the Production Support Tier 2 applications across multiple applications and across Towers
- Leading technical support bridges, working on tickets / RCA Review, and managing tickets/ RCA/ DEPs with vendors
- Supports both the business and technical understanding of the customer experience, back-end technologies/capabilities and business operations
- Provides triage analysis, system documentation, monitor, remediate, and post triage support plans
- 10+ years of experience working with enterprise solution delivery in a large-scale distributed software design environment, preferably both RPA Automation and in a J2EE development environment
- 5+ automation Development experience with RPA Bots using UIPath
- 3+ years of experience in Building APIs and services using REST
- 3+ years of experience in building, testing, and deploying code to run on cloud infrastructure
- Good Understanding of Incident Management basics and Change Management principles
- Experience in enterprise development tools and methodologies (XP, Agile) including DevSecOps and DataOps
- Networking concepts, internet protocols (HTTP(s), SSL, TLS).
- Understanding of both SQL and NoSQL database technologies
- Experience in Jenkins, CI/CD Pipeline, GIT, and other DevOps principles
- Health Care Industry domain knowledge
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong skills in design and solution engineering across both on premises and cloud infrastructure
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills both technical and non-technical audiences
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or related field required
- Master Degree in Computer Science or related field preferred

The typical pay range for this role is:$92,700.00 - $185,400.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.Our people fuel our future.
