Sr. Security Engineer

And we do it all with heart, each and every day.Position Summary: CVS Pharmacy, Inc., a CVS Health company, is hiring for the following role in Woonsocket, RI: Sr. Security Engineer to Build, maintain, and upgrade security technology including Identity & Access Management (IAM) ) in order to control risk in accordance with established corporate security policy. Duties include: Develop IAM solutions and support products related to single sign-on, multi-factor authentication, and passwordless login; operate within DevOps and Agile frameworks as part of Product Management Model, applying engineering skills and ability to help manage a suite of products through Continuous Improvement/Continuous Development strategies; develop and design application solutions related to identity data service and drive the technical implementation on user data analytic platforms; design, implement, and deploy IAM products on the premises or cloud; implement solution design and work with various IAM, infrastructure, and security teams to also modify existing software or to correct errors; define and enforce the IAM standards and configuration specifications, analyze user needs and software requirements to determine feasibility; provide industry trending analysis and knowledge of upcoming security trends/threats related to IAM; lead team members in IAM solution designs and implementations; assist with strategic direction specific to Privileged Access Management; and build and engineer Identity Access Management (IAM), SSO, MFA, Passwordless Authentication, Ping Identity products, and #EIS. Multiple positions.- Requirements: Master's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation. Requires two (2) years of experience in each of the following: CI/CD, Jenkins, GIT, or DevOps; Java, Python, JSON, HTML, CSS, or JavaScript; REST, SOAP, or Web Service APIs; Cloud technologies: Azure, Amazon Web Services (AWS), or Google Cloud Platform (GCP); IAM authentication protocols: SAML, or OAUTH/OIDC; Pingfederate, PingAccess, and PingDirectory; Development of custom authentication flows; and Data analysis for retail and/or healthcare industries.Pay Range: $109512.00/year to $196000.00/year.This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
