The Sr Process Analyst provides expertise on internal processes and administers workflows to department teams. Aligns department processes to ensure efficiency, effectiveness and compliance with organizational goals. Responsible for the Business Process Management (BPM) and the process improvement initiatives for the organization.
Responsible for analyzing, designing, optimizing and implementing CVS technology processes to drive operational excellence and ensure the highest level of quality and efficiency.
What you will do:
- Business Process Management: Create the baseline documentation for current processes.
- Project Management: using prescribed project execution methodologies such as Six Sigma, Agile, Lean and Waterfall, collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business results.
- Process Mapping: Create clear and concise visual representations of existing processes to establish a current state understanding and identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, or areas for improvement.
- Process Redesign: Design optimized future-state processes that align with the organization's goals and objectives, focusing on streamlining workflow, reducing inefficiencies, and promoting a seamless user experience.
- Digitization: Work closely with IT teams to implement process improvements using digital tools.
- Change Management: Collaborate with stakeholders to help them understand the changes being made, secure their buy-in, and ensure a smooth transition during the implementation phase.
- Process Optimization: Implement improvements to processes through the use of technologies, automation, and workflow modifications.
- Documentation: Prepare and maintain detailed documentation including process flow diagrams, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and change control documentation as needed.
- Continuous Improvement: Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of updated processes and continuously seek to refine and iterate on these improvements, ensuring agility and adaptability within the organization.
- 2+ years of experience, with a background in process engineering and analysis.
- Problem solving skills including ability to analyze complex problems, identify root causes, and develop innovative solutions using Six Sigma tools.
- Experience with Business Process Management (BPM)
- Proficiency using process mapping tools (Visio, Mural, etc).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Ability to build trust and collaborate effectively.
- Experience with project management methodologies to plan, execute, and monitor process improvement initiatives.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Yellow Belt certification desired
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.

The typical pay range for this role is:$64,890.00 - $129,780.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.Our people fuel our future.
