As an Accounts Receivable Senior Manager in our Infusion Accounts Receivable (A/R) Department, you will provide leadership and oversee key operational and financial processes and decisions for the Coram Finance Revenue Cycle team to improve performance and efficiencies. You will lead your team to achieve operational efficiencies, and ensure compliance with established laws, regulations, policies, and procedures.

Develop and administer the Coram Revenue Cycle strategy, in conjunction with other CVS Revenue Cycle operations, to ensure the department is positioned for long-term success. You will achieve this as you define department staffing needs to support long-term vision, lead contracting discussions with Payers, Sales and Legal, maintain primary responsibility for resolving all payer issues and evaluate new vendor capabilities, participate in the contracting process, and support subsequent onboarding and go-live activities.
Develop and maintain a strong revenue cycle leadership team and staff through effective recruitment, talent management, creation of a collaborative results-oriented culture, and a focus on continual improvement and provide direct oversight to billing and collections operations ensuring departmental performance goals are met.
Monitor and trend department performance metrics on a daily and monthly basis. Investigate variances and resolves any issues.
Participate in revenue cycle strategy development as a thoughtful leader and content expert, sharing best practices, optimizing performance, and leading the transformation.
Maintain accountability for providing leadership and financial reporting and support across the revenue cycle operations, including month-end close activities.
Serves as a key member of Coram revenue cycle leadership team.
Responsible for managing policy and procedure development and adherence.Required Qualifications
- 7+ years leadership experience.
- Knowledge of federal, state, and commercial payer reimbursement rules and regulations.
- Exceptional verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience working with revenue cycle applications and healthcare finance and accounting principles.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Leadership experience in infusion, home healthcare or DME
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experiencePay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:$75,400.00 - $165,954.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
