Sr Mgr, Operations Strategy - Zinc Health Services

• Provide the Trade team and Executive Leadership clear and articulate findings and paths forward for dispute/audit resolution
• Supporting the Negotiators and Executive Leaders by addressing issues with Manufacturers when subject matter expertise is required
• Build out our strategic plans to resolve new dispute/audit issues
• Work directly with the CVS Audit team to provide day to day support that leads to the resolution of Audits impacting the Zinc team
• Align the strategies and contract language with the operational teams to ensure seamless performance of what is expected when contracts are agreed to
• Provide Caremark support on strategic objectives, leading the approach and providing performance updates
• Provide detail data analysis and trending to help identify dispute/audit supporting material
• Provide support for Data products provided to Manufacturers working with the CVS Data analytics team to align Zinc priorities with product enhancements

*The ideal candidate will reside in the following areas: Northbrook, IL - Woonsocket, RI - Bloomington, MN.Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or business-related field
• 4-6 years of experience in the Healthcare Industry, preferably Pharmacy, PBM and/or Health Plans
• 4-6 years of experience in data analytics (Excel, Tableau, SQL etc.)
• 1-3 years of experience in Contracting (Contract Interpretation, Contract Implementation etc.)
• 7+ years of work experience

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or Masters in finance or business-related field
• 1-3 years of experience in research of plan formularies and/or Preferred Drug List (PDL) for Employee sponsored plans as well as Government plans

The typical pay range for this role is:$82,940.00 - $182,549.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
