Colleagues in this role will serve as a strategic human resources business partner within a retail Division of approximately 1,000-1,600 stores and 22,000 colleagues. The HR Business partners will be responsible for developing and executing components of the people strategy for the Division. Incumbents will utilize human resources centers of excellence to advise, inform and execute the strategy. Colleagues in this role will also serve as an Human Resources point of contact for Regional Directors and assist these directors in the development of their store talent strategies.In this role you will:

• Develop divisional people strategies and align, build and execute the strategies to address the current and future direction of the business
• Provide thought partnership to Talent Development Business Partner and HR Director on talent mobility and development
• Champion a change capable organization that helps colleagues to thrive in a constantly changing environment
• Brokers consulting, project, and other work with COEs, leveraging Enterprise resources and expertise
• Shares key insights and actions based on HR data and metrics

This role requires travel in Washington and Oregon
Required Qualifications
• 7+ years of Human Resource experience
• Ability to travel 60% of the time or as business needs require
• Knowledgeable in a variety of HR generalist concepts; ability to identify business opportunities and develop and implement people strategies to address.
• Proven ability to build and manage relationships with field or senior business leaders; ability to coach and develop colleagues at all levels
• Proven collaboration skills, within Division and with members of the HR centers of excellences
• Strong strategic thinking skills; ability to develop, document and communicate strategies
• Able to work autonomously
• Able to gather data, analyze issues, identify root causes and address opportunities related to a diverse and dynamic slate of business challenges
• Experience in recognizing development gaps and partnering across groups to solve them; strong facilitation and training skills
• Ability to triage and prioritize competing priorities
• Project and change management skills to respond to short and long term business priorities
• Ability to influence and drive action and accountability in others

The typical pay range for this role is:$67,900.00 - $182,549.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
