At CVS Health, we're leveraging advanced analytics techniques, consulting approaches, and healthcare expertise to power innovative product applications for our internal business users. Through our work, we improve member experience and health, cost of healthcare for payers, and optimize our financials.This Sr. Manager will play a pivotal role in leading and supporting strategic, data-driven initiatives across CVS Health's PBM Caremark ecosystem. You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, lead projects, and translate data into solutions that tangibly drive business value. In this role, you will apply your analytical expertise and PBM data experience to support various cross-functional projects, including the Connected PBM Ecosystem Single Rebate Forecasting Service workstream.You will also work directly with business partners to identify and prioritize opportunities for expansion and improvement of those solutions, bridging the gap between development teams, stakeholders/ business partners and users across various functional areas. This will include partnering with data science and engineering teams to manage the long-term and short-term roadmap and ensure value-based, and data driven prioritization.This position focuses on a quickly expanding set of digital applications, presenting high opportunity for career growth.What you will do

  • Drive and execute the development and deployment of analytical models
  • Collaborate with business partners, clients, and internal stakeholders to understand objectives to drive business value
  • Develop and leverage in-depth rebate forecasting knowledge to develop translate key drivers of business value to analytics opportunities
  • Design and manage cross-functional initiatives, coordinating between clinical teams, data engineering, operations, and external partners
  • Craft/ manage roadmaps and coordinate strategies across the product platform
  • Proactively anticipate requirements, influence, and guide team towards building appropriate solutions
  • Work with junior team members and development leads in translating product strategy into detailed specifications, making functional and user interface design tradeoffs, where necessary
  • Manage launch of products and enhancements and own product success post-launch through monitoring performance metrics and developing strategies to increase adoption/ utilization
  • Interface directly with users to gather feedback, understand needs, build trust, and resolve utilization issues and/or challenges
The ideal candidate will have/be:
  • Analytical mindset, with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communicator and storyteller (written & verbal) and presentation skills, both with technical and non-technical audiences
  • Ability to present analytical findings and outcomes clearly to variety of audiences including internal stakeholders and senior leadership
  • Innovative thinker and able to synthesize data from multiple sources to identify key unmet needs and solutions
  • Empathetic partner to customers & stakeholders, exhibiting high emotional intelligence and the ability to work with large number of teams
  • Comfortable influencing others and managing stakeholders
Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience
  • Experience in Pharmaceutical Benefits Mgmt industry
  • Experience with data analysis
  • Experience working in an Agile Product Mgmt framework
Preferred Qualifications
  • High effectiveness in developing data-driven recommendations and solutions
  • Proven success in overseeing the product development lifecycle
  • Superior stakeholder management skills
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a mathematics, computer science, or other similar technical fieldPay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:$130,295.00 - $260,590.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.Our people fuel our future.
