We are looking for a high-energy, strategic, organized, and adaptable Senior Manager to oversee sales enablement and manage a high-performing team of Sales Coordinators and Finalist Meeting Coaches. This role is pivotal in driving operational excellence and aligning team efforts with broader business goals. The ideal candidate will not only manage day-to-day execution but also lead strategic initiatives that enhance sales effectiveness. This is a fast-paced, high-visibility position requiring exceptional communication skills, a strategic mindset, They will design and deliver impactful enablement programs, foster a culture of continuous learning, and develop enablement strategies that empower team members to excel in client engagement and finalist meeting preparation.

- Architect and execute strategic project plans, defining milestones, allocating resources, and managing timelines to ensure delivery of high-impact initiatives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales and Marketing to develop compelling sales collateral and presentations that drive engagement and support operational excellence.
- Lead and develop a high-performing Sales Enablement team (3 direct reports), fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement aligned with business priorities.
- Champion the Field Advisory Board and Integrated Selling Advisory Group, ensuring field insights directly inform enterprise strategy and shape customer-centric initiatives.
- Design and implement forward-looking sales strategies and forecasts that accelerate revenue growth and support market expansion.
- Drive continuous process optimization, identifying and implementing improvements that enhance team efficiency and elevate client engagement.
- Cultivate strong internal and external partnerships to support integrated selling and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless execution of sales operations initiatives that align with strategic objectives.
- Mentor junior colleagues, instilling innovative techniques, industry best practices, and operational excellence to build future leadership capacity.
- Develop and execute sales strategies that align with organizational goals and deliver measurable outcomes across key performance indicators.
- Engineer and refine scalable sales processes, ensuring standardization and alignment with the company's strategic direction.
- Partner across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations to ensure enablement initiatives are tightly aligned with evolving business needs.
- Design and deliver targeted training programs that address capability gaps and elevate individual and team performance.
- Strengthen customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty through proactive engagement and value-driven service delivery.

Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in sales operations, enablement, or field support-preferably within a PBM or healthcare environment Preferred Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience with a passion for coaching and developing others.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Comfortable facilitating meetings and leading through influence.
- Experience in a PBM or healthcare environment
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
The typical pay range for this role is:$67,900.00 - $199,144.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
