And we do it all with heart, each and every day.Position Summary: CVS Pharmacy, Inc., a CVS Health company, is hiring for the following role in Woonsocket, RI: Sr. Manager, Release Train Engineer to lead technical architecture initiatives for one or more value streams, Agile Release Trains, or platforms. Develop state-of-the-art responsive customer experiences for work delivery across Program Increment (PI) planning events, and cross-team ART-level deliveries, to ensure industry leading digital experiences. Drive broad solution initiatives across multiple agile budgets and release train deliveries in pursuit of a unified customer-facing experience. Create technical solutions in large organizations with complex business requirements and constraints. Work with multiple stakeholders, including Business, Product, Engineering and UX team members to influence the application data-flow design, hardware configurations, and extensible product platform architecture. Take a disciplined approach to software development and problem-solving. Break down large problems into multi-step plans in an Agile development environment. Collaborate with multiple Agile value stream execution teams in driving large solutions across multiple planning/execution cycles. Apply expertise with multiple software architectures, including but not limited to Micro Frontend/Microservice architecture, and drive large solutions across multiple applications. Apply expertise in cloud, enterprise applications, microservices, data analytics, networking, data storage systems, APIs, large-scale systems, as applicable. Provide guidance on implementation of reference architecture solutions that demonstrate best in class user experiences. Configure required Database for new application with help of Database engineer. Plan for technology integrations and lead the building of POCs to validate technical hypothesis and provide reference architectural solutions. Telecommuting available. Multiple openings.- Requirements: Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field and five (5) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation. • Providing domain support for healthcare or retail pharmacy organization.Pay Range: $151195.00/year to $230000.00/year."This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
