This is a dynamic position on the Clinical Insights & Analytics team, within Medical Affairs, driving the success of projects from start to finish. This individual will collaborate across teams to secure resources, manage risks and changes, and ensure projects are completed on time and within scope. In addition, this position is responsible for overseeing ideation, implementation, and delivery of complex projects. This role requires the ability to proactively identify and resolve roadblocks to deliver high-quality results.

Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities
  • Lead project ideation, data analysis, and partner identification through to implementation
  • Ensure smooth transition of projects to implementation partners, meeting deadlines and defined objectives
  • Support the development of savings models, including ROI projections
  • Work with management to develop strategic project plans and objectives
  • Identify and engage project stakeholders
  • Monitor risks, develop mitigation strategies, and implement contingency plans as needed
  • Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders and leadership
  • Guide project teams-primarily medical directors-by assigning responsibilities, setting expectations, and motivating team members to achieve deliverables.


Required Qualifications
  • Strong execution and delivery skills (planning, delivering, supporting)
  • Proficient in business intelligence and collaboration
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Growth mindset with agility and commitment to development-
  • Effective communicator in a highly matrixed organization (email, virtual meetings)

Preferred Qualifications
  • Project management experience
  • Proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and QuickBase
  • Experience with health plan claims data and business case development
  • Ability to interpret business questions and clinical observations into actionable project plans
  • Understanding of cost and utilization metrics

Education

Bachelor Degree required or equivalent work experience
RN degree (ASN or BSN) preferredPay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:$82,940.00 - $182,549.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
