Leads the strategy, design, development and lifecycle management of Aetna's integrated products (HIDE/FIDE) that serve Medicare Advantage populations, including Dual-Eligible Special Needs Plans (D-SNP). This role is responsible for aligning product offerings with CMS regulations, market trends and value-based care objectives. Working cross-functionally with Duals Center of Excellence, clinical, compliance, analytics and network teams, the Senior Manager drives innovation and operational excellence to optimize member experience, reduce costs, and ensure regulatory compliance and competitive positioning.- Cultivate and manage relationships with key stakeholders independently or in collaboration with leadership

The typical pay range for this role is:$67,900.00 - $199,144.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
