We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to help manage our Caremark advocacy portfolio, a new, high-priority initiative that sits within an established, well-resourced team. This role will help build a net-new product that offers proactive outreach to our Caremark PBM members at potential pain points in their healthcare journey. The person hired will independently own a critical piece of this new product, contributing to ground-up product design, strategic planning, go to market strategy.What you will do:

-Product manage a net-new advocacy product
-Analyze customer and member needs, pain points, and preferences to guide product development and ensure customer-and-member-centric solutions.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, clinical, design, operations, etc.) to define product vision, set strategic goals, and establish a roadmap for product development and enhancements.
-Use data, industry knowledge, and product instinct to drive decisions on what we build and when.
-Work cross-functionally in a complex, highly matrixed organization to understand what technologies exist in the organization today, and how they can best be leveraged in a new build.
-Balance stakeholder priorities and gain consensus on our product vision, influencing without authority.
-Write/contribute to epics, features, user stories, journey maps, etc.
-Analyze product performance metrics, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and contribute to the evaluation of product success and effectiveness.Minimum Requirements
5+ years of work experience
3+ years experience in a product management, digital product development, product strategy, or equivalent role
Experience in either a healthcare product role, OR a product role focused on a customer advocacy centered on proactive outreach
Adept at working cross-functionally in a highly matrixed organization, bringing together people and technology from disparate teamsAdept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skillsPreferred Experience:
7+ years of work experience
Experience building a new product from the ground up
Knowledge of PBMs

This role can be hybrid/on site at one of our CVS/Aetna offices, or remote, with preference for candidates in the Boston/New York area. This role requires frequent collaboration with team members on the east coast, and will be expected to work an east coast schedule.Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:$67,900.00 - $182,549.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
