Leads a team of data analysts responsible for compliance / regulatory / operational reporting in support of a managed Medicaid health plan and contract.

- Works with leaders/business owners to define requirements and ensure sign-off of work products.
- Partners with Compliance and Internal Audit to ensure adherence to contractual requirements. Supports internal and external third-party audits as needed to demonstrate ongoing program compliance.
- Support Plan leaders (CEO, COO, etc.) in monitoring and maintaining contract compliance through internal controls and ongoing performance monitoring.
- Works with team and others to continually improve processes and associated tools/technology to improve reporting accuracy, integrity and compliance.
- Candidates in Richmond, VA preferred.
Reporting and Analytics - 5 Years experience
Process Design and Optimization
SQL/Database Mgmt. Systems (e.g., SQL Server)Preferred Qualifications
Prior leadership of reporting/analytic teams
Business Intelligence Platforms (PowerBI, Tableau, etc.)
Residency in Richmond VAEducation
Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative/data analytics field. Prior experience considered in lieu of educational requirements.Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:$75,400.00 - $165,954.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
