- You will develop strategic plans that align with the company's goals to drive sustainable growth within the Immunizations portfolio, analyzing market trends and identifying opportunities.
- You will develop short and long term roadmaps that enable the organization to deliver on its strategic priorities.
- You will develop financial projections that support the team's strategy.
- Skilled at developing and executing complex multi-year strategies and roadmaps
- Expert communicator and storyteller, both written and verbal, with the ability to inspire others
- Critical thinker who easily connects the dots across multiple inputs, including various business opportunities, insights, constraints, and experience to discern the best course of action
- Proactive, takes the initiative to act, and operates with high levels of accountability
- Highly inquisitive and curious, developing a deep understanding of the Immunizations portfolio and its competitive landscape
- Skilled collaborator and expert at leading in a matrixed organization, gaining alignment across functions, and influencing without authority
- 5+ years of relevant work experience (consulting, corporate strategy, corporate development)
- 5+ years proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (i.e. Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience presenting to leadership teams
- Ability to influence partners and leaders without direct authority
- FP&A, forecasting, budgeting or similar experience
- MBA or equivalent
- Bachelor's degree or High School Diploma and equivalent work experience required
The typical pay range for this role is:$75,400.00 - $199,144.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
