And we do it all with heart, each and every day.CVS Health is seeking a dynamic and experienced 'Sr Manager Compensation' to support business segments in our Pharmacy and Consumer Wellness group.As a Compensation Senior Manager, you are responsible for the design, implementation, and administration of compensation programs that align with the organization's strategic goals that help to attract, retain and motivate talent. This role ensures competitive and equitable pay practices, evaluates jobs, provides Compensation support to business objectives, and complies with all legal and compliance requirements.Business group support includes but is not limited to, Distribution Centers, Supply Chain, Marketing, Pharmacy Profitability, Omnicare. This role, from time to time, may also provide support in International Compensation, Sales Compensation, and other specialized areas. As a dynamic compensation professional, you will regularly conduct routine market research and analysis to understand industry trends and benchmark the organization's compensation programs against others.The contributions you will make as a Compensation Senior Manager, will help build and maintain knowledge of our pay practices and help to create materials that will be used educate, influence and train leaders, recruiters and HR business partners on the Company pay philosophy.Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute compensation strategies that support business goals.
- Build relationships with key HR Business Partners and leaders to deliver innovative compensation guidance and solutions.
- Lead compensation projects and initiatives.
- Advise, influence, and educate on various compensation strategy and programs with minimal direction.
- Evaluates jobs, delivers compensation advice on job evaluations and pay recommendations as appropriate.
- Responsible for conducting market analysis and compensation surveys.
- Partners across functions to lead compensation projects of complexity.
- Supports the year-end compensation planning process for merit, bonus, and LTI for assigned groups.
- Designs cost models and analytics to aid senior management in decision-making, coordinates implementations and provides mentorship to internal partners.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local compensation laws.
- Collaborate with HRIS and IT teams to enhance compensation systems.
- Prioritize team resources and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines with minimal direction.
- Provide expert consultation on a variety of Compensation matters and components.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills including the ability to develop effective presentations using insights and data to effectively communicate key messages
- 7+ years in Compensation
- Willingness to perform minimal travel (including air plane)
CCP (Certified Compensation Professional)
SHRM-SCP, SPHR or equivalent
Business support experience with:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Excel and HRIS systems (e.g., Workday)
- Knowledge of compensation laws and best practices
- Ability to manage ambiguity and drive results in a matrixed environment
- Ability to handle multiple priorities with a sense of urgency
- Experience with unions a plus
- Ability to analyze data with a high level of accuracy and consistency
- Demonstrated confidence in presenting information to HR and management
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and influence senior stakeholders
Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, finance, or related field and/or equivalent experience requiredPay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:$82,940.00 - $182,549.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
