And we do it all with heart, each and every day.Position Summary: Caremark LLC, a CVS Health company, is hiring for the following role in Woonsocket, RI: Sr. Manager, Client Benefits Testing to analyze and coordinate project planning and technical activities for assigned information technology (IT) projects to support CVS Health initiatives. Duties include: serve as liaison between business and technical aspects of projects and communicate with key stakeholders to determine project requirements and objectives; develop project plans to upgrade existing software applications/systems to meet quality and functionality requirements and coordinate with teams to meet targets; create test plan strategy for small and medium size projects, validate testing outcomes, and perform system validation and user acceptance testing; plan overall test scope to meet requirements, identify gaps, and assign tasks to project personnel; monitor project milestones, set deadlines for deliverables, and report to leadership on progress; identify defects and coding gaps and implement code fixes and mitigation plans to address variances between client intent and test outcomes; evaluate and recommend tools and technologies for building efficient testing strategies and process improvements; collaborate with benefits and testing teams and customers to resolve technical issues and produce cutting-edge software solutions; and ensure alignment of technical solutions with business goals and provide recommendations on complex plan designs, clinical rules, and testing. Up to 15% domestic travel required. Telecommuting available. Multiple positions. -Requirements: Master's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field and three (3) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation. Up to 15% domestic travel required.Pay Range: $106350.00/year to $135960.00/year.This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
