And we do it all with heart, each and every day.Position Summary: Caremark LLC, a CVS Health company, is hiring for the following role in Woonsocket, RI: Sr. Manager, Client Benefits Testing to Analyze and coordinate project planning and technical activities for assigned information technology (IT) projects to support CVS Health initiatives. Duties include: involved in key technical activities for small and large software applications projects across multiple technical environments to effectively plan configuration and architecture for new business implementations; guide the work of technical staff and serve as liaison between business and technical aspects of projects; communicate with key stakeholders to determine project requirements and objectives, define features and capabilities, and review and approve project deliveries; evaluate and recommend tools and technologies and provide subject matter expertise for building efficient testing strategies; review the results of mock claim analysis performed by the testing team to ensure outcomes meet client requirements; plan overall test scope to meet deadlines, define logical tasks for the team, and prioritize individual tasks; monitor project milestones, set deadlines for deliverables, capture weekly progress, and finalize test analysis reports for leadership review; track case pipeline in Salesforce and delegate tasks to team members with targeted completion dates; organize testing walkthroughs with clients to resolve technical issues and review testing outcomes; report to leadership on project status and present performance matrices; prepare and implement a mitigation plan for deviations from established project plans and variances between client intent and test outcomes, and route observations for evaluation and code fixes; collaborate with benefits and testing teams and customers to produce cuttingedge software solutions; and ensure alignment of technical solutions with business goals and provide recommendations on complex plan designs, clinical rules, and testing. Multiple positions.- Requirements: Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Analytics, Engineering, or a related field and five (5) years of progressive, postbaccalaureate experience in the job offered or related occupation. Requires five (5) years of experience in each of the following: Software development lifecycle (SDLC); AS400 i-Series and Salesforce; Oracle, Teradata, or DB2; Relational database concepts; Software development best practices; Domain support for healthcare or retail organization; Healthcare data management processes and techniques, including data standards, interoperability, and proper data privacy; Health plan configurations, drug formularies, and drug utilization management; and MS Excel, including writing advanced Excel formulas and using conditional, vlookups/hlookups, sorting and filtering, array formulas, and VBA macros, pivot reporting, and conditional formatting.Pay Range: $120994.00/year to $162700.00/year.This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
