Sr. Inventory Coordinator

The primary responsibility of the Sr CDR will be to assist the Supervisor and Manager in daily activities, such as, work area assignments, problem solving, training, and ensuring all receivers are following the correct policies and procedures when their performing their daily functions.
- Maintains accurate records of all materials and supplies in stock.
- Performs inventory management tasks, tracking materials in stock and ensuring that they are stored properly.
- Ensures that materials meet the required quality standards, carrying out inspections and testing materials according to organizational policies and procedures.
- Maintains budget parameters by ensuring materials are procured at the best possible price to drive continuous organizational growth and financial stability.
- Monitors inventory levels to ensure that there are adequate quantities of essential items while avoiding overstocking or wastage.
- Maintains accurate documentation of all material-related transactions, including purchase orders, invoices, and receipts to ensure accurate reporting.
- Administers new employee training on the proper use of materials and equipment to ensure that all area members follow established policies and procedures.
- Ensures that all materials stored and handled within the facility comply with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Researches and identifies areas for improvement in the materials management process, and implements changes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

- One year experience in a windows based environment.
- One year experience in purchasing, receiving, shipping, and/or inventory control.
- One year computer experience in a Windows with good knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Experience in training others on policies and procedure.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and problem solving ability.
- List physical requirements and percentage of each day that the requirement is utilized.
- Occasional lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
- Experience with Manufacturing Practices - Writing SOP's and/or Work Instructions
- High School Diploma, GED or Work Equivalent

The typical pay range for this role is:$18.50 - $35.29This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.Our people fuel our future.
