The Sr Inventory Control Coordinator is responsible for maintaining a high level of inventory accuracy and integrity within the Pharmacy. This role will serve to ensure correct receipts, cycle counting, and maximize space utilization utilizing all systemic tools and Lean Management philosophies. The Sr. Inventory Coordinator will also monitor inventory levels and product movement. The Inventory Coordinator will also be responsible for ensuring product mix (most efficient plan-o-gram), facilitating efficient order fulfillment, and contributing to a safe and orderly working environment. The Sr Inventory Control Coordinator position manages inventory through our systems and maintains inventory levels required on a daily basis to meet Prescription dispensing and patient demands. This role is the right hand to the supervisor in overseeing the workflow for the inventory (materials handling) management team.List the essential functions of the job and the percentage of time allotted to those duties below in order of importance.

Duties and Responsibilities Percentage of Time:1. Lead Teams Inventory Control daily workflow including: Receiving, Put Away, Replenishment, Cycle Counts etc. 25%
2. Daily inventory entries for cycle counts, issuing material, and scrapping material (Inmar and StrongPak) to maintain accurate inventory. Perform inventory counts - cycle counts and the resolution and investigation of discrepancies, and final counts. 10%
3. Training - Ensure ALL Inventory Staff is trained and has the tools to accurately do their day to day tasks. Ensure ALL Inventory Staff has read, thoroughly understand and attests to all applicable SOPs and required LearnNet courses 10%
4. Verify all receipts have been entered into electronic inventory system (SAP, CATS etc) as well as document filing and retention through scanning documents. Ensure Receiving accuracies on all materials (Drug, ancillaries and Non-Drug items). 10%
5. Manage and maintain set inventory levels within established SAP system (MRP) and utilizing any Kan-Ban system for items not managed in SAP. Organize and maintain inventory storage. Investigate inventory discrepancies. 20%
6. Ensure team and site Compliance and Quality - Review all Monthly Metrics Daily and ensure we are meeting to exceeding expectations. 25%• Physical Demands: Employee must regularly lift up to 50 pounds. This job requires standing/walking/sitting for long periods of time. Must demonstrate good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination. Must be able to stoop, kneel, crouch, climb and balance.

• Work Environment: While performing the duties of this job the employee will be in an industrial manufacturing production environment. This a high noise level facility and hearing protection is required. The employee must wear all required PPE.Required Qualifications
• One year experience in purchasing, receiving, shipping, and inventory control.
• One year computer experience in Windows with good knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Experience with Manufacturing Practices - Writing SOP's and/or Work Instructions
• Experience in training others on policies and procedures
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP or other Inventory System
• Prior experience with the use of a hydraulic forklift preferred.
• Experience working with an Inventory Management System; SAP experience preferred
• Process improvement - Lean/Six Sigma Management, experience and certification preferred.Education

The typical pay range for this role is:$18.50 - $38.82This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.Our people fuel our future.
