The Senior Data Analyst will be responsible for pulling participation and claims data using SQL, analyzing it, and deriving conclusions and meaningful insights. The analyst will work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs, prioritize tasks, and deliver results on time. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders. The analyst will also be expected to develop and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize data and communicate findings. Additionally, the analyst will continuously improve data processes and methodologies to enhance data quality and efficiency.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, with proven experience in SQL and data visualization tools. They should be comfortable working independently and as part of a team, and have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. The analyst will play a key role in identifying trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business decisions and drive the success of the organization. They will also be responsible for presenting findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner, ensuring that data-driven solutions are effectively communicated and implemented.Furthermore, the analyst will be expected to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and continuously seek opportunities to enhance their skills and knowledge. • Extract and manipulate medical, pharmaceutical and participation data using SQL.

The typical pay range for this role is:$54,300.00 - $159,120.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.Our people fuel our future.
