Oak Street Health is seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our People Experience (HR) Team. This role is pivotal in supporting the Talent Acquisition team by facilitating the recruitment process for candidates. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will be responsible for a variety of tasks that ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process. This includes posting job openings on various job boards, coordinating candidate travel arrangements, creating offer letters, conducting background checks, and ensuring that all pre-employment requirements are met. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of Human Resources and will be adept at managing general administrative responsibilities. This position requires an individual who can work autonomously and efficiently, ensuring the seamless execution of HR projects and operations. In this role, you will serve as a resource for recruitment policies, procedures, and practices, providing guidance to supervisors, HR staff, and other stakeholders. You will be responsible for scheduling meetings, interviews, and HR events, while also maintaining the team's agenda. Assisting candidates with onboarding documentation and background checks will be a key part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will organize referral bonus requests, create job advertisements on recruiting platforms, and complete new hire education and license verification. You will also assist in organizing and uploading candidate information into our internal database and prepare reports on recruitment activity and new hire metrics. Throughout the onboarding process, you will communicate updates to candidates and assist with various Talent Acquisition projects as needed. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring that Oak Street Health continues to attract and retain top talent, contributing to our mission of providing quality healthcare to underserved communities. - Excellent organizational, verbal, and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience working in fast-paced environments.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Experience using Jobvite applicant tracking system preferred.
- US work authorization.
- Experience in a healthcare environment.
- Familiarity with diversity and inclusion practices in recruitment.

The typical pay range for this role is:$18.50 - $38.82This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.Our people fuel our future.
