The Senior Talent Associate will immediately become an important contributor to the Oak Street People Operations (HR) Team. This individual will provide a full life cycle, volume recruitment that will contribute to Oak Street Health's success. The individual will enhance the level of quality and quantity of our staff. - Independently manage a requisition load ranging from 30-50 positions at any given time that ranges from entry-level to director-level positions and above
- Lead regional recruitment calls in absence of Manager and effectively advocate on behalf of TA team's recruitment efforts
- Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company by implementing new processes and fine-tuning current processes
- Manage relationships with 3rd party recruiting agencies, when necessary
- Actively and creatively source/headhunt candidates for hard to fill roles by scouring job search websites and contacting those candidates personally
- Maintain strong partnership with hiring managers so that you may adjust overall recruiting strategy accordingly
- Maintain hiring workflow (i.e., send offer letters, process demographic information, open/close job requisitions in our ATS, etc.)
- Audit ATS system regularly to ensure accuracy
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements
- Actively participate in creating a great candidate experience by ensuring the hiring process is fair and consistent throughout
- Other duties as assigned
- 3-5 years of experience in full cycle recruiting (from entry-level to Director-level roles and above)
- Ability to establish priorities, manage deadlines and exercise a high degree of professionalism
- Knowledge and understanding of federal, state and local employment laws and regulations
- Demonstrated problem solving, judgment and conflict resolution skills with the ability to provide high quality independent analysis, conclusions, and recommendations
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a positive attitude
- Ability to quickly build trusting relationships, gain credibility, and partner with leaders and peers
- Superior written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential situation
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent work experience required
- Strong computer skills

The typical pay range for this role is:$46,988.00 - $102,000.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
