The Corporate Medicaid Compliance team is looking for a Sr. Analyst to support the Medicaid Business Compliance Office (BCO) team, accountable for the oversight and implementation of Medicaid health plan contract amendments that impact the organization's business.The ideal candidate has experience in Medicaid managed care, as well as familiarity with Medicaid state contracts, laws, processes, systems, and workflows. In addition, the ideal candidate will have a successful background in supporting cross-functional projects. The Sr. Analyst will support compliance oversight of market-specific implementations that includes identification and processing of requirement changes, coordinating compliance activities across various health plan and business partners, researching contract program guidance, and tracking compliance-specific documentation within the project team. They will identify and escalate issues to help mitigate risk and resolve issues. They will support additional department goals, initiatives, and projects as needed.In order to be successful in this role you must exhibit the following:-Strong program management, interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to interact and influence at various levels of the organization (Business Leadership, Field Management, Business Units within Corporate environment).

Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of Medicaid Managed Care experience.
- 3+ years of Microsoft applications experience (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Previous experience with legislation and/or regulatory research.
- Knowledge in state and federal health care laws and regulations.
- Familiarity with various Governance, Risk and Compliance tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively across an organization.
- Ability to multi-task as well as maintain the highest levels of integrity and confidentiality.
- Ability to understand complex problems, identify root causes, and remain goal-oriented within a dynamic environment.
- Bachelor's Degree required or equivalent years of related experience.

The typical pay range for this role is:$46,988.00 - $112,200.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.Our people fuel our future.
