And we do it all with heart, each and every day.Position Summary: Caremark LLC, a CVS Health company, is hiring for the following role in Woonsocket, RI: Sr. Analyst, Financial Operations to Analyze and coordinate business analysis, financial planning and budget for information technology (IT) projects to deliver efficient technical solutions in support of CVS Health Financial Operations. Duties include: plan project stages for assigned Finance IT projects and assess the financial implications for each stage; serve as liaison between financial and technical aspects of projects and translate complex business requests into deliverables; communicate with stakeholders to determine project requirements and business objectives, and to identify and resolve problems; document well-defined technical specifications, process data flows, and user stories within Agile; conduct rigorous testing and validation of solutions to ensure requirements are met and work with Automation and Analytics teams to refine solutions; report on project status, resource needs, and budget and monitor project milestones and deliverables using appropriate systems and tools; serve as Scrum Master to support the PBM Financial Operations organization in designing and delivering efficient, financially-minded technical solutions for the administration of PBM Finance Data, Analytics and Automation; conduct business impact analysis of system defects, control/audit deficiencies, outages, and enhancements; lead process improvement initiatives to support efficiency and industry-leading outcomes in the area of quality, predictability, flow, and velocity across scrum events; conduct fact-finding and independent research to design creative technology solutions for financial data issues; ensure accountability and successful project completion according to scoped requirements, specified costs, schedule, and quality objectives; operate as a subject matter expert in data structures and financial processes for Azure Boards, Jira or Rally, understand sprint backlogs, velocities, and data patterns, and identify defects to implement technical projects on schedule; develop metrics, procedures, objectives and methods to assess progress; and utilize financial reporting, Agile project management, analytics tools, and emerging technologies to assess the performance and efficiency of IT projects and drive progress towards financial organizational objectives. Telecommuting available. Multiple positions.- Requirements: Master's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics, Finance, Statistics , or a related field and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation. Requires two (2) years of experience in each of the following: Business system analysis; Financial planning and management, including budgeting and forecasting; Using Agile methodologies for project management; Working with cross-functional teams on requirements gathering and project planning; Documenting business requirements and project finances; and Software development lifecycle (SDLC) and software development best practices. Position also requires six (6) months of experience involving: Azure, Amazon Web Services (AWS), or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).Pay Range: $81848.00/year to $130000.00/year.This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
