Intermediate level compliance position that applies compliance, business, analytical and communication skills to support established compliance programs and processes that promote compliant and ethical behavior, meet regulatory obligations and prevent, detect and mitigate compliance risks.The job duties will include auditing and monitoring existing processes, detailed record-keeping, research, preparation, submission and documentation of regulatory licensing filings which may involve direct correspondence with regulators and contain confidential information.Conducts fact gathering and law searches on moderately complex matters and provides analysis. - 2+ years of Microsoft Word, TEAMS and Excel experience
- Paralegal Certificate or Work Experience

- Knowledgeable about Pharmacy Benefit Managers
- Regulatory license filing experience
- Proficient in SERFF, NIPR and state filing portals
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience.

The typical pay range for this role is:$46,988.00 - $112,200.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.Our people fuel our future.
