We are excited to offer an internal opportunity for a seasoned analyst to step into the role of Senior Business Analyst - Salesforce Administrator. This position is ideal for someone who has demonstrated strong analytical capabilities, a deep understanding of our business processes, and a growing interest or experience in Salesforce administration. You will play a key role in bridging business needs with technical solutions, helping to shape the future of our Enterprise Salesforce platform. This role will serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that Salesforce solutions align with strategic goals and operational needs.Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate as part of the Salesforce administration team and with IT, developers, and third-party vendors to support configuration, customization, and successful delivery of platform improvements and solutions.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to gather and document business and technical requirements; schedule and coordinate calls as needed to clarify information and translate needs into scalable Salesforce solutions.
  • Design and implement workflows, reports, dashboards, and automation to support business operations.
  • Assist in maintaining user roles, profiles, and data integrity across the platform.
  • Support Salesforce-related projects by creating test plans, coordinating user acceptance testing (UAT), and assisting with training and deployment to ensure solution quality and alignment with business needs.
  • Maintain and log inventory requests related to Salesforce tools, licenses, or project needs; follow up as necessary and see requests through to resolution.
  • Provide support for testing activities outside of standard business hours, as needed, to ensure alignment with project timelines and deployment schedules.
  • Maintain and manage contact data and related communication channels; develop and distribute communications as needed to ensure constituent information is current and accurate.
  • Stay informed on Salesforce best practices and new features, recommending enhancements as appropriate.
  • Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by leadership to support team and organizational objectives.
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Salesforce administration and operations, preferably within operations or Plan Sponsor Services.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a Business Analyst or similar role, with demonstrated growth and increasing responsibility.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, configuration, and administration.
  • Proven experience managing projects through the full lifecycle.
  • Salesforce certifications preferred.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in creating reports, dashboards, and workflows.
  • Experience supporting projects through the full lifecycle, including testing and deployment.
  • Salesforce certifications or willingness to obtain certification within a defined time.

  • Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
  • Experience leading Salesforce-related projects or teams.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning and related platforms.
  • Strength in problem-solving, collaboration, and decision-making.

Education
  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent professional training/experience.
  • High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED) required.

The typical pay range for this role is:$46,988.00 - $122,400.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.Our people fuel our future.
