Duties include: develop predictive data modeling/engineering, reports, and performance metrics; create business analytics solutions that effectively weigh tradeoffs in context of relevant big data environment topics and business operations; recommend data modeling and engineering techniques; research, manipulate, and prepare data to document program activities and reports on its results; responsible for data quality and provide feedback to various areas in order to improve service delivery and enhancement to design efforts; design and implement robust analytic and reporting software solutions to support identified needs; work on data exploration, model building, experiment design, and performance evaluation; planning, development, and validation of master or detail test plans and strategies; act as a business technical expert in the design of new applications or enhancements including integration of solutions; influence enhancements to business processes and system infrastructure to improve data quality availability and access; analyze data for trends, highlight in-depth interpretations and provide in-depth root cause analysis; translate into constructive data and information and make recommendations; define, identify, develop, and implement information products to support strategic business and operational planning; influence changes/enhancements to business processes, policies, and system infrastructure to improve information quality, availability and access; evaluate software and data to deliver better business solutions; leverage SQL to quickly perform analyses on data sets to solve business problems and guide data scientists and data engineers on more advanced analyses; design experiments to test hypothesis and quantify impacts of improvement initiatives; and summarize results and create presentations to inform business partners and leadership teams of periodic results, optimization opportunities and/or remediation actions. Multiple positions.- Requirements: Master's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field and six (6) months of experience in the job offered or related occupation. Requires six (6) months of experience in each of the following: JIRA and Confluence; Agile methodologies or SAFe Software Development Principles; Testing, quality assurance, and troubleshooting; Analyzing large data sets from multiple data sources; Statistical analysis and predictive modeling; SQL programming languages; Visualization tools, including PowerBI or Tableau; and MS Excel, including writing advanced excel formulas and using conditional, vlookups/hlookups, sorting and filtering, array formulas, and VBA macros, pivot reporting, and conditional formatting.Pay Range: $104645.00/year to $105100.00/year. The typical pay range for this role is:$46,988.00 - $112,200.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
