Duties include: analyze user needs and develop software solutions, components, and frameworks to meet business requirements; conduct requirements analysis to determine feasibility of design and plan the technical aspects of implementation; configure and test software applications and/or systems to improve functionality and features with a focus on performance, reliability, and maintainability; write, debug, and review high quality code, and track and resolve production issues; design and develop applications, systems, and databases used to process prescriptions, claims, and related healthcare activities; and collaborate with cross-functional teams on applications development, technical requirements, code review, project deliverables, quality assurance, and software development best practices. Multiple positions.Requirements: Master's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field and one (1) year of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Also requires one (1) year of experience with each of the following: Databases: Oracle, Teradata, or DB2; Spark, Airflow, Kafka, Hbase, Pig, MySQL, or NoSQL; Software testing, quality assurance, and troubleshooting; Domain support for healthcare or retail organization; Relational database concepts; Data analytics on large data sets in healthcare, business, or retail sector; Extract/Transform/Load (ETL) processes; Healthcare data management processes and techniques, including data standards, interoperability, and proper data privacy; and Supporting large data, analytics, and technology modernization initiatives.Pay Range: $110406.00/year to $150000.00/year.This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
