Sr Account Manager (Group Retiree Solutions)

And we do it all with heart, each and every day.As a Sr Account Manager, you will serve as the primary contact for clients within their group retiree line of business. As a seasoned healthcare sales professional, you will use your years of expertise to develop relationships internally and externally, grow our business through retention, and offer cost saving solutions to existing clients. You will accomplish this through:Position Summary:
- Working collaboratively within a designated team to manage large complex Government clients with group retiree benefits.
- Developing service strategies to ensure retention of members for assigned book of business.
- Achieving individual cross sell, growth/retention targets and customer satisfaction levels.
- Creating collaborative partnerships to develop a comprehensive strategy for assigned book of business that is aligned with customer's objectives, financial position and employee benefit strategy.
- Executing tactical components of the account team's business plan (including marketing strategies) for each customer. Demonstrates proactive ability to diagnose and fix root cause drivers of service problems.
- Developing and managing service plans in the most proactive and strategic manner possible and finds new and innovate ways to show customers the value of the products and services they have purchased. Proactively identifies potential service issues and takes steps to resolve those service issues that arise.
- Leading and mentoring account managers to resolve simple and complex issues and develop solutions proactively. Takes the lead on management of the integration of client's and Aetna's internal organizations, with full responsibility for ensuring a smooth installation that will be a building block to gaining the trust of key client personnel. Educates customer on Aetna specific policies, product information, and procedures as well as industry issues and related current topics.

-5-10+ years sales and/or employer group account management experience in the medical insurance and/or pharmacy industry.
-Experience Developing Relationships
-Life and Health license for resident state or must pass exam with 90 days of hire.
-5-10+ years of Medicare experience preferred.
-Travel Required between 25-50%
Preferred Qualifications
Remote Work Experience Upselling and Cross Selling Group Medicare Products Large or National Client Account Management experience
Education
Bachelor Degree from an accredited college or equivalent work experience is required. Anticipated Weekly Hours

The typical pay range for this role is:$66,330.00 - $145,860.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.Our people fuel our future.
