Ensuring prescription orders are streamlined to achieve exceptional customer service to exceed company and customer expectations for our patients and healthcare providers. The CarePlus Supervisor is also responsible for directing front end workflow, coordinate procedural changes, interviewing/hiring, evaluating & reviewing performance, coaching & counseling, disciplinary action and daily supervision of the staff to ensure that all store and company policies and procedures are followed.Ensure patients and healthcare providers receive optimum service and requested deadlines are met.

- Monitor workflow throughout the day for timely and accurate dispensing of patient orders and work with the manager to resolve issues and problems.
- Monitoring and support employees by improving processes, assisting with problem resolution and ensuring appropriate resources are available.
- Evaluate results and make improvements & recommendations to the environment, processes and the available resources.

The typical pay range for this role is:$43,888.00 - $76,500.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.Our people fuel our future.
