Strong technical, functional, and interpersonal skills are key to perform this role successfully. Engineering Manager will anage software projects from inception to completion, including planning, execution, and delivery. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of software development experience in enterprise/web applications
- 4+ years of experience as full stack developer in Java-based technologies including microservices and spring boot framework.
- 3+ years of experience in engineering management and leading teams.
- 2+ years of experience in Cloud Technologies like Azure, GCP or other public cloud services and Knowledge of open-source packages especially those provided by Apache, Google, and Spring
- 2 + years of experience in React JS, Nodejs or other front-end frameworks; ability to develop effective engineering practices and processes.
- 4+ years of experience in Database - SQL, NoSQL, table structure, data relationships
- Experience in Retail Pharmacy or Healthcare domain will be preferred.
- Knowledge with GraphQL/gRPC.
- Worked as Full Stack Developer with experience on building mission critical /highly scalable application with large user/infrastructure footprint
- Strong background in software development, project management methodologies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to inspire and motivate a team
- The candidate will have a strong work ethic, be a self-starter, and be able to be highly productive in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
- Knowledge of industry-wide technology trends and best practices with expertise in working in in large, collaborative teams to achieve organizational goal.
- Extensive experience with building and driving adoption of software engineering best practices
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud computing, and microservices architectures

The typical pay range for this role is:$130,295.00 - $260,590.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
