As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of non-exempt employees in CVS Health's distribution facility. Direct workflow for warehouse employees and lead their team to meet and exceed daily shift targets. Manages day to day work operations and evaluates work performance. Assists manager in the total leadership and operations with initiative, leadership, and continuous improvement thinkingThis leadership position will work 2nd shift Monday-Friday 3PM to 11PM with additional flexibility as needed to support the business needs.Selected candidate will need to have flexibility of working hours, during initial training period.Primary Responsibilities of the Warehouse Supervisor:- Hiring, on-boarding, training, scheduling, and assigning work to all colleagues reporting to this role

- Maintain a high level of performance for Production area. Ensure all orders are picked and packed in a timely fashion as per CVS standards, policy, and cycle time.
- Manage and sustain a high level of standards through 5S, lean and cleanliness across the DC using CVS SOP and protocols
- Ensure that all hourly colleagues are trained on PIT equipment as per policy and their licenses are always up to date as per OSHA regulations
- Promotes, reinforces, and holds all colleagues accountable for safety, security, awareness and compliance
- Executes daily activities and operational plans in compliance with all SOP's, Processes and strategies to enhance the culture of excellence and innovation across the enterprise while meeting daily targets.
- Strive to meet or exceed all Key performance Indicators in our supply chain pillars of Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Production and People
- Conducts performance appraisals, Training and PUMPS using various reports, summaries, and procedures as necessary to resolve problems and improve employee performance efficiency
- Coordinates processes and assignments with leadership of all DC areas within the warehouse to achieve a balanced workload and meet daily operational metrics. Adapt quickly to operational needs and urgencies to make decisions and execute them to meet goals.
- Defines terms for conducting tasks and establishes new priorities for assignments to meet operational success.
- Manage team performance through timely feedback and performance review process to ensure delivery of engagement, motivation, and team development.Required Qualifications
- 3+ years supervising Production Control functions within a Distribution Center/Warehouse
- 2+ years supervisory experience
- 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of WMS (Warehouse Management System)
- Bachelor's Degree
- Background in Six Sigma production techniques
- Bi-LingualEducation
Verifiable High School Diploma or GED Anticipated Weekly Hours

The typical pay range for this role is:$43,888.00 - $102,081.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.Our people fuel our future.
