As the Senior Quality Engineer, your mission is to ensure the delivery of high-quality software for our stakeholders. You will lead testing efforts for Contact Center CRM applications, leveraging tools such as Selenium, Playwright to automate and streamline processes. This role involves designing robust test cases, providing timely feedback to leadership, and guiding teams to resolve issues efficiently.Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead QA implementation efforts including test planning, estimation, and coordination.
  • Identify, document, and manage defects and quality issues throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans covering test case coverage, defect tracking, localization, compatibility, and interoperability.
  • Define and track quality metrics to monitor product performance from inception to release.
  • Delivers a comprehensive quality assurance strategy that outlines the roadmap, timelines, and standards for software projects.
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience with software engineering or quality assurance engineering
  • 3+ years of experience with Test Management tools -- Rational Tool suite, JIRA
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience using Selenium, Java, and JavaScript
  • 3+ years of experience testing APIs and data integrations
Preferred Qualifications
  • Ability to innovate, display original thinking and creativity, meets challenges with resourcefulness, generating suggestions for improving work and presents ideas and information in a manner that convinces team and management
  • Dev/Sec/Ops and CI/CD experience
  • Strong understanding of Agile principles
  • Proven experience in working with onshore and offshore colleagues\contractors
  • Proven experience as a change agent and driving teams towards automation, ability to identify bottlenecks and drives for improvements

The typical pay range for this role is:$101,970.00 - $203,940.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.Our people fuel our future.
