Senior Project Manager

The Government and Public Affairs Department Project Manager will play a critical role in supporting the Senior Vice President (SVP) and the broader Government Affairs department. This position is responsible for coordinating high-impact projects, managing executive-level communications, and ensuring seamless operational execution across internal and external initiatives. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This role requires strong knowledge of healthcare policy, with a preference for knowledge of pharmacy benefit management (PBM) and health insurance policy issues.Responsibilities:
- Assist the Senior Vice President (SVP) in managing departmental operations and SVP-led projects and tasks.
- Prepare executive presentations and briefings.
- Support Executive Leadership Team (ELT) participation in trade associations, including meeting preparation, material development, and follow-up.
- Manage departmental meetings by shaping agendas and ensuring appropriate attendance.
- Coordinate SVP calendar with Executive Assistant (EA), including briefing materials, organizing prep calls, ensuring appropriate attendees, and providing follow-up and readouts.
- Track departmental initiatives and projects, including those led by SVP and direct reports.
- Identify and flag timely and emerging issues.
- Organize materials for management committee and Board presentations.
-Manage corporate affairs reporting and initiatives, including Human Resources (HR) initiatives.

- 7+ years of relevant work experiencePreferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of healthcare policy issues is required; preferred knowledge of Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) and health insurance.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Strong writing skills with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
- Comfortable enforcing deadlines.
- Energized by juggling multiple tasks and adapting quickly to evolving needs.
The typical pay range for this role is:$90,480.00 - $199,144.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.Our people fuel our future.
