What you will do
- Develops and maintains a comprehensive quality management system by defining quality policies, procedures, and guidelines that align with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Leads quality assurance activities, such as audits, inspections, and process reviews, to assess compliance with quality standards and identify areas for improvement.
- Drives continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality processes, increase efficiency, and reduce defects.
- Collaborates with various departments, including product development, engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and customer support, to ensure quality is integrated throughout the organization's operations.
- Ensures that the organization complies with all relevant industry regulations and quality standards by working closely with regulatory affairs teams to address compliance requirements.
- Assesses potential quality-related risks and develops risk mitigation strategies to minimize the impact of quality issues on the organization and its customers.
- Analyzes quality data and generates regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and quality metrics using data-driven insights to communicate quality performance to senior management.
- Responsible for business proposals with calculated ROI and investment strategies
- Seeks opportunities to improve the organization's quality processes and maintain a competitive edge by staying abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in quality management.
- 7-10 years work experience
- Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills
- Adept at business intelligence
- Adept at collaboration and teamwork
- Mastery of problem solving and decision making skills
- Mastery of growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others) skills
- Extensive HEDIS and Health Plan Rating knowledge and conducting impact analysis
- Bachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification.
The typical pay range for this role is:$67,900.00 - $182,549.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
