The Senior Project Analyst is an excellent opportunity to work with Sales Leadership by applying in-depth knowledge on managing new business Request for Proposals (RFP) and public procurement processes, ensuring successful planning, execution, and delivery within stringent timelines. This role is crucial for driving successful sales execution and ensuring timely delivery of sales proposal responses. - Manage Multiple Sales Opportunities: Effectively oversee multiple new business sales opportunities simultaneously-from initial bid publication or direct proposal request through to final delivery.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants to provide clear guidance, understand project requirements, manage expectations, and ensure seamless coordination throughout the sales lifecycle.
- Task Prioritization: Adapt workflows and prioritize tasks in response to evolving sales needs and tight deadlines.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with teams across ancillary sales, pharmacy, network management, underwriting, proposal management, sales support, sales enablement, and other key stakeholders to drive sales success.
- Professional Excellence: Demonstrate strong professional competencies, including outstanding verbal and written communication, exceptional organizational and time management skills, and a strategic approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
- Sales Opportunity Management: Monitor the status and progression of each sales opportunity, ensuring timely engagement and transparent communication of updates and outcomes to stakeholders.
- Salesforce Management: Maintain accurate and timely updates in Salesforce, documenting key milestones and advancing opportunities through the pipeline for executive review.
- Sales Resource Development: Work closely with Sales Leadership to develop and finalize sales resource materials aligned with new business proposals. Ensure all deliverables are thoroughly reviewed and approved before submission under tight deadlines.
- Post-Project Evaluation: Conduct post-project assessments to identify risks and implement mitigation strategies for continuous improvement.
- Sales Analysis & Reporting: Analyze sales progress, identify and resolve issues, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Team Collaboration: Actively participate in regular sales team meetings to ensure alignment with business objectives and sales targets.
- Event & Conference Management: Coordinate company-sponsored events and industry conferences, including organizing panel discussions and guest speaker engagements.
- Industry Engagement: Attend public procurement meetings, sales presentations, and industry conferences to represent the organization and stay informed on market trends.
- Sales Team Support: Provide strategic insights and guidance to Sales teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and high performance.
This position is located at the Aetna office located in Plantation, Florida, with the ability to work in office 3 days and remotely up to 2 days per work week. You must have the ability to travel up to 25% of the time. Travel may require but is not limited to local travel, travel on short notice, flights, overnight stays, and other travel deemed necessary by the Company.Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of project management and/or sales support related work experience.
- 2-3 years of experience creating PowerPoint presentations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, OneNote, et al.).
- Must possess a valid and current driver's license.
- Must have the ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
- Must be willing to go onsite to the Plantation, Florida office three days a week.
- 2+ years of experience working with different insurance products and coverage options.
- Florida 2-15 Health & Life (Including Annuities & Variable Contracts).
- Proficiency in Salesforce.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

The typical pay range for this role is:$46,988.00 - $102,000.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.Our people fuel our future.
