Senior Product Manager: Transform Diabetes Care

We are looking for a Senior Manager to lead our product improvement initiatives for Transform Diabetes Care and the CVS Medication-Nutrition Management program for members with diabetes.The number of people living with diabetes is expected to grow from 382 million adults to more than 592 million by 2035. People with diabetes incur 2.3x higher medical costs and $16,752 average medical expenditures per year.
This is a big problem to tackle. Our diabetes team is building and managing products that make it easier for people with diabetes to manage their medications, stay aware of their numbers, get regular screenings, and find a dietary plan that works for them. In January 2024, we launched the CVS Medication-Nutrition Management program to help members with Type 2 diabetes reduce the amount of insulin and other diabetes-related medication they need to take - or cease the use of medication altogether.We're proud of what we have already done, but we're not done yet. We are looking for a team member to design and launch new capabilities, features, and services to i) help members to better manage their Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes, ii) strengthen our value story for health plan and employer clients, and iii) optimize the product's internal cost structure.In this role, you will:
- Drive our improvement initiatives from concept to execution
- Work with a wide variety of internal partners, such as: clinical operations, marketing, data engineering, clinical, legal/privacy/compliance, client implementation, account management, and finance.
- Join a team committed to helping people with diabetes
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 to 10 years of experience in product management or related industry experience (graduate level education may substitute for experience)
- Experience analyzing complex systems with multiple moving parts and deriving insights based on analysis and data
- Experience writing business cases and delivering presentations to senior leaders
- Experience defining and tracking product KPIs to improve product performance and identify improvement opportunities
- Structured and logical thinking with the ability to identify and define business problems and issues
- Experience with P&L management, forecasting, and the financial aspects of product management
- Highly developed project management skills
- Advanced project management and office software application skills (e.g., Powerpoint, Excel, Visio)
- Thriving while working at pace and in a dynamic environment.
- The ability to succinctly convey complex issues to a diverse range of constituents, both verbally and on paper at all levels of an organization

The typical pay range for this role is:$82,940.00 - $182,549.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
