The Senior Network Relations Liaison will design, develop, contract, maintain, and enhance relationships with facilities, physicians and ancillary providers which serve as contractual networks of care for members. They will foster growth of and enhance network for the First Health Network.

Joining this team will enable you to be a part of an exciting opportunity where you can manage relationships with our most key health systems, in order to improve the provider experience for the network. This position will be focused on providers in the Minnesota & upper Midwest territories.In this role, you will:

  • Monitor the First Health Minnesota inbox for questions, concerns, and escalations.
  • Help distribute questions, concerns, and escalations to the contract managers or director as necessary.
  • Review and submit "fix" tickets to either the First Health load team or to payors, such as Aetna.
  • Work with internal teams and attend meetings to review status and questions regarding repricing projects or system data.
  • First Health system review to determine network data accuracy and par vs non-par status of providers.
  • Help internal and external customers with correct processes for escalations, questions, fixes, and general issue resolutions.
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in business segment environment servicing providers with exposure to benefits and/or contract interpretation, including experience with claims systems and network databases.
  • 3-5 years of experience with business segment specific policy, benefits, plan design, and language.
  • Ability to work Central Standard Time hours.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal, problem resolution, and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent relationship building skills.
  • Working knowledge of business segment specific codes, products, and terminology.
  • Currently resides in Minnesota.
  • Bachelor's degree.
Education
  • High school diploma or GED.

The typical pay range for this role is:$46,988.00 - $122,400.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.Our people fuel our future.
