This role will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and executing high-quality content across various media formats, including video, graphics, and interactive experiences. This individual will leverage generative AI technologies to enhance content creation processes and ensure that the produced content is optimized for citation and sourcing by large language models (LLMs). The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in design and video production, along with a deep understanding of generative AI applications in content creation.Job Description:Key Responsibilities:

1. Content Conceptualization and Development:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to brainstorm and develop innovative content ideas that align with brand objectives and audience needs.

- Create storyboards, scripts, and outlines for video and graphic content that effectively communicate key messages.2. Design and Video Production:

- Utilize design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, PlayPlay ) to create visually compelling graphics, animations, and video content.

- Oversee the entire video production process, including pre-production planning, filming, editing, and post-production.

- Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a high standard of quality.3. Generative AI Integration:

- Leverage generative AI tools and technologies to enhance content creation, including automated video editing, image generation, and text generation.

- Stay updated on the latest advancements in generative AI and explore innovative ways to incorporate these technologies into the production workflow.4. Content Optimization for LLMs:

- Develop content that is structured and formatted to be easily cited and sourced by LLMs, ensuring it meets best practices for SEO and discoverability.

- Collaborate with data scientists and AI specialists to understand how content is processed by LLMs and adjust production strategies accordingly.5. Project Management:

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of content while adhering to budget constraints.

- Coordinate with external vendors, freelancers, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution of production projects. Required Qualifications - 5+ years of experience in content production, with a strong portfolio showcasing design and video work.

- Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.) and video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.).

- Experience with generative AI tools and technologies (e.g., OpenAI, DALL-E, Runway, PlayPlay ) and a strong understanding of their applications in content creation.

- Knowledge of SEO and GEO best practices and how to create content that is optimized for search and LLMs.

- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a creative mindset and attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in a fast-paced, creative environment, preferably within a marketing or media agency.

- Understanding of emerging trends in AI and digital content creation. Education

The typical pay range for this role is:$54,300.00 - $159,120.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.Our people fuel our future.
