Job Summary:

As a Sr. Manager, Learning & Development (L&D) Programs, you will be responsible for designing, delivering, and evolving learning experiences that accelerate the growth and development of Enterprise Technology talent within the DDAT (Digital, Data, Analytics and Technology) organization. You will lead one or more of these programs, while contributing to other activities and functions within the Tech Ops learning team, including diagnosing needs, developing creative solutions, and driving measurable results. A significant portion of the role includes developing learning roadmaps for colleagues, and managing and communicating about the courses, curriculums, or programs available to them. You will interact with various senior-level partners; the ability to influence and lead change and ensure strategic alignment of business insight and leadership skills in all programs will be paramount to your success.

  • Partner with DDAT Leaders, HR Business Partners, Learning & Development CoE members, and other Talent-focused experts and business leaders on learning initiatives and priorities. Understand functional and organizational business objectives and assess learning needs. Identify, design and/or deliver professional development or targeted capability-building experiences to be consistent with our culture, talent strategy and business needs.
  • Curate, design and manage learning paths and curriculum for engineering professionals that support up-skilling and talent development goals. Manage one or more Digital L&D programs. Contribute to a best-in-class talent development strategy, participate in cross-functional L&D workstreams, manage or create analytics and reporting for relevant Enterprise Technology learning initiatives, and drive adoption and expansion of new Enterprise DDAT L&D programs within Digital.
  • Define and communicate learning roadmaps for various Enterprise Technology roles and positions; help drive the intended growth and support the career goals of individual colleagues and leaders.
  • Lead or participate in assigned Tech Ops project teams and work with DDAT leadership to execute on learning priorities and initiatives, including change management efforts that support or enable learning and development objectives and key results.
  • Demonstrate the highest levels of teamwork, responsiveness, and accountability.
  • Inspire teamwork and adaptability through leading by example.
  • Drive for results by holding self and others accountable for achieving best outcomes. Track success metrics of learning programs and/or team initiatives and provide regular updates to Business Leaders as appropriate.
  • Establish and maintain business and technical knowledge, with respect to the skills and capabilities required to deliver Digital products, programs, services, processes, and systems.
Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in a Learning & Development, Technology Talent Development or Change Management role, or similar.
  • 5+ years of experience planning and executing end-to-end learning, content development projects or change management initiatives.
  • 5+ years' experience with Bloom's taxonomy, creation of learning objectives, content/curriculum development or curation, and the ADDIE Model of course development.
  • 2+ years of experience and demonstrated expertise in coaching learners and facilitating training sessions, workshops, and meetings.
  • 2+ years of experience demonstrating an ability to navigate ambiguity and changing priorities; must be skilled in agile thinking with ability to quickly reassess needs, pivot and take high impact action(s)
  • 2+ years of experience partnering with and building solutions for or with engineering teams and experience working within a large enterprise.
  • Experience with content or course management in SABA or other Learning Management System.
  • Must be able to travel up to 10% nationwide annually.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Technical savvy: experience partnering and working closely with technical or software development teams and their leaders/stakeholders, possesses a working understanding of software development or architecture concepts.
  • Passion for building and helping others build accessible products, processes, and solutions; including the ability to evaluate the relative accessibility of learning or presentation assets and identify gaps and improvement needs.
  • Ability to train and coach colleagues on various accessibility/A11y topics, promote and share the importance of A11y/inclusive and accessible approaches and understand the overlap between user experience, learner experience and A11y
  • Knowledge of or exposure to assistive technologies (JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver)
  • Comfortable presenting, operating, and collaborating within a remote and hybrid work environment; experience presenting and facilitating with large groups.
Education:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent working experience in Computer Science, Learning & Development, Organizational Psychology, Change Management, or a related discipline.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$75,400.00 - $190,700.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
