As a key member of the Pharmacy & Consumer Wellness (PCW) Digital & Technology team, this role will join a dynamic organization committed to the acceleration of business growth, enhancement of the customer experiences, and enablement of operational efficiencies by powering CVS Health to be a 'digital first, technology forward and data driven' company. The Senior Manager, Strategy and Operations will support the Office of the CDTO - PCW and PCW Digital & Technology leadership team. This role will support integrated planning, internal communications, and performance reporting as well as support key strategic initiatives. To excel in this role, the ideal candidate must have strong technical and business acumen, exceptional relationship-building skills, and strong organizational skills.Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and report on the progress of strategic initiatives by collecting insights and providing updates on key milestones and metrics.
- Create compelling communications and presentations that effectively highlight progress to various stakeholders by synthesizing complex technical information from engineering and product teams into clear, actionable insights for leadership.
- Develop and manage project plans and resource allocation strategies to ensure successful project execution, including weekly status dashboards.
- Serve as a liaison for cross-functional teams to enhance collaboration and operational excellence, identifying process improvement opportunities.
- Support special projects as assigned.
- 8+ years of in strategic planning, operational leadership, and program execution within a technology organization.
- 5+ years in project management
- 5+ years of experience in executive communications strategy within technology, health insurance or related industries.
- Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills.
- Excellent business acumen, written and verbal communications skills, including ability to succinctly share information. Able to communicate with technical and non-technical team members, clients, and vendors.
- Highly collaborative and communicative collaborator with experience working in fast-paced, multi-functional team environments.
- Adept at growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others) skills.
- Experience with SharePoint and/or intranet content management
- Strong understanding of technology and operations with ability to solve complex problems and drive cross-functional change; think and act strategically.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong strategic and analytical thinking with problem-solving abilities.
- Proven ability to advance communication goals and collaborate effectively.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
The typical pay range for this role is:$67,900.00 - $182,549.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
