The Sr. Manager, Revenue Cycle provides strategic oversight for the CVS Specialty Pharmacy Benefit post-shipment revenue cycle department. This leader drives best practices across the billing, collections, Copay Assistance Programs, and product developments ensuring productivity, accuracy, and innovation through system enhancements and process redesign.What you will do:
• Lead, mentor, and empower department Managers and Supervisors, fostering an engaging culture and strong partnerships to drive departmental and organizational goals.
• Develop, implement, and refine strategies to streamline workflows, elevate productivity, and uphold the highest standards of accuracy.
• Oversee and continuously improve the following:
• Design and implement processes that monitor, escalate, and resolve operational issues.

• Identify, investigate, and resolve critical payer issues related to billing and collections.
• Collaborate and partner with payers, trade, and internal teams to launch and optimize new copay assistance programs.
• Champion strategic system enhancements and spearhead process redesign.
• Advise senior leaders on program and product support, proactively recommending process improvements.
• Communicate proactively and effectively with senior business leaders, delivering clear updates on department results and initiatives.
• Serve as the primary liaison for internal and external business partners, forging strong partnerships with key clients, account/product management teams, and external vendors to drive strategic planning and execution.Required Qualifications
• Minimum 7 years related work experience.
• Leadership experience overseeing large teams.
• Strong business intelligence and analytical skills.
• Adept at collaboration and teamwork.
• Mastery of growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others) skills.
• Experience working with revenue cycle applications, and a solid understanding of healthcare finance and accounting principles.
Preferred Qualifications
• 5+ years progressive leadership experience in revenue cycle environment with notable increases in responsibility.
• Demonstrated experience developing and building new teams to support evolving business needs.
• Experience diving continuous improvement in a complex environment.
• Demonstrated ability to evaluate and implement emerging technologies, including AI, to drive continuous improvement.
Education•
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting or finance preferred OR equivalent experience.Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:$75,400.00 - $165,954.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
