You'll work independently on performance improvement plans and optimization projects and align department processes to ensure efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance with organizational goals.

What you will do:
- Check publications and/or peer-reviewed journals for process management methodologies; conducts research on the most commonly used process management strategies.
- Consult with leaders on process metrics to define success criteria and measure progress against improvement targets.
- Coach associates on process management practices to ensure work expectations are met.
- Coordinate transformative initiatives by developing improvement plans to ensure a successful transition.
- Create dashboards and key performance indicators to measure output and inform the decision-making process.
- Design and develop industry-leading process maps and diagrams to ensure that the impact of interconnected processes are thoroughly understood.
- Develop actionable insights from internal data and organizes processes by categorical importance.
- Execute the process transformation strategy to reflect the needed performance requirements for organizational objectives.
- Handle technical process evaluations to uncover gaps in workflows and works under minimal supervision.
- Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills.

- 7+ years of experience in process improvement.
- Experience mentoring and coaching process and improvement principals.
- Experience leading strategic projects.
- Experience with Salesforce.com.
- Experience in process gap analysis.
- Experience with root cause analysis.
- Experience MS Power User.
- Six Sigma Black Belt Certification.
- Kaizen.
- Lean.
- Bachelor's degree required, equivalent experience may be considered.
The typical pay range for this role is:$75,400.00 - $182,549.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
