And we do it all with heart, each and every day.As a Process Senior Manager, Individual Contributor for CVS Health, you'll provide management support to department operations and develop process improvements to improve workflows across the organization. You'll work independently on performance improvement plans and optimization projects and align department processes to ensure efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance with organizational goals.

What you will do:
  • Check publications and/or peer-reviewed journals for process management methodologies; conducts research on the most commonly used process management strategies.
  • Consult with leaders on process metrics to define success criteria and measure progress against improvement targets.
  • Coach associates on process management practices to ensure work expectations are met.
  • Coordinate transformative initiatives by developing improvement plans to ensure a successful transition.
  • Create dashboards and key performance indicators to measure output and inform the decision-making process.
  • Design and develop industry-leading process maps and diagrams to ensure that the impact of interconnected processes are thoroughly understood.
  • Develop actionable insights from internal data and organizes processes by categorical importance.
  • Execute the process transformation strategy to reflect the needed performance requirements for organizational objectives.
  • Handle technical process evaluations to uncover gaps in workflows and works under minimal supervision.

This is a remote role. Candidates can live anywhere in the USRequired Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in process improvement.
  • Experience mentoring and coaching process and improvement principals.
  • Experience leading strategic projects.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com.
  • Experience in process gap analysis.
  • Experience with root cause analysis.
  • Experience MS Power User.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Six Sigma Black Belt Certification.
  • Kaizen.
  • Lean.
Education
  • Bachelor's degree required, equivalent experience may be considered.
Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:$75,400.00 - $182,549.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.Our people fuel our future.
