Required Qualifications
- 7+ years' experience in Human Resources, or a similar function
- 7+ years' proven successful track record of influencing others with and without authority
- 7+ years' experience actively taking on issues in a decisive manner, while keeping broader team dynamics in mind and empowering your leaders to obtain results through building behaviors.
- 7+ years' experience leading under pressure, adapting to changing dynamics in real time, and finding solutions that satisfy multiple 'customers' of the business.
- 7+ years' experience understanding and breaking down highly complex situations to deliver impactful solutions in real time.
- 7+ years' experience effectively demonstrating excellent verbal and written communication skills, very strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
- 7+ years' experience collaborating effectively across different business functions, different perspectives, and different styles of leadership.
- 7+ years' experience building strong, trusted, and credible relationships with senior business leaders; ability to coach and develop colleagues at all levels
- 7+ years' experience successfully building, developing , and communicating end-to-end strategies
- Knowledgeable in a variety of HR generalist concepts; ability to identify business opportunities and develop and implement people strategies to address.
- Adept at leveraging growth mindset skills
- Demonstrates strong grit and resilienc e in the face of business or colleague scenarios
- Artfully able to successfully managing and priorities competing priorities
- Self-directed and a ble to work autonomously
- Able to gather data, analyze issues, identify root causes, and address opportunities related to a diverse and dynamic slate of business challenges
- Experience in recognizing development gaps and partnering across groups to solve them; strong facilitation and training skills

- Advanced Microsoft Office experience (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)

Education
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience required
- Advanced degree, like MBA, preferred.
The typical pay range for this role is:$75,400.00 - $199,144.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
