Our team is a small, high-performing group that works closely with senior leadership to pave the way for the future of our company.The Senior Manager, Enterprise Strategy will lead strategic initiatives and special projects that advance our product, medical affairs, and talent & workforce strategies. The Senior Manager will partner closely with cross functional teams- including shared services and product teams advancing innovative solutions to improve clinical outcomes and member experiences.Responsibilities include but not limited to:

- Leads formulation, preparation and communication of strategic business plans.
- Leads cross-functional strategic projects executed in partnership with senior leadership.
- Leads research associated with business issues and plan formulation, including development of business cases.
- Effectively facilitates large scale meetings and strategic workshops, including preparation and driving tangible outcomes.
- Stimulates innovative and strategic thinking in support of business direction.
- Monitors industry trends and evaluates market segments, product offerings, and business models to identify areas for expansion, rationalization or diversification.
- Develops communication vehicles (e.g., presentations, speeches) to help senior executives communicate strategy with internal and external audiences, including our C-Suite leaders and Board of Directors.
- 7+ of experience in healthcare strategy, product strategy, finance, consumer experience, and/or business roles.
- Excels at solving ambiguous and complex problems with strong analytical acumen.
- Proven skills in developing strategic frameworks and storytelling rooted in relevant, fact-base and key assumptions.
- Data driven, structured, proactive problem solver with collaborative style and strong work ethic.
- Ability to foster cross-functional relationships; comfort operating in a matrixed environment.
- Ability to manage high-impact projects with high-degree of autonomy and attention to detail.
- Proven skills in project and program management
- Management consulting experience
- Bachelor's degree required, MBA, MPH, or other relevant master's degree preferred
The typical pay range for this role is:$90,480.00 - $199,144.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
