The Senior Manager of Corporate Sponsorship Tickets and Engagement will lead the oversight and operational execution of corporate-sponsored ticket distribution across business units. This individual will ensure that ticket utilization aligns with business objectives-driving sales through client and broker engagement, enhancing employee experience, and maximizing return on investment (ROI) from sponsorships. - Manage the end-to-end process for distributing corporate-sponsored tickets, ensuring alignment with business goals and stakeholder priorities.
- Execute on strategies to use tickets as tools for client and broker engagement, and employee recognition.
- Track and report ticket usage, business outcomes, and ROI metrics to senior leadership.
- Serve as the central point of contact across business units to understand ticket requests, event objectives, and attendance rationale.
- Partner with designated "ticket captains" in each business line to ensure fair and strategic distribution.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with sports teams, entertainment venues, and hospitality partners to enhance the attendee experience.
- Negotiate access, perks, and logistics to ensure premium experiences for clients, brokers, and employees.
- Ensure adherence to corporate policies regarding gifts, entertainment, and tickets.
- Collaborate with Compliance, HR, and Payroll to manage tracking, reporting, and tax implications.
- Support rollout and training on ticket management tool.
- Coordinate logistics for events and ensure seamless execution.
- Gather feedback from attendees and stakeholders to continuously improve the program.
- 7+ years of experience in corporate sponsorship, client engagement, or strategic operations.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional initiatives and external partnerships.
- Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks and enterprise policy management.
- Strategic thinker with a passion for creating memorable experiences.
- Able to balance creativity with policy rigor and operational discipline.
- Experience with event planning or hospitality is a plus.
Bachelor's Degree in Sports Management, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or MarketingNOTE: The ideal candidate will live within a commutable distance to Boston, MA.Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:$82,940.00 - $182,549.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
